Ukulele

We offer two pickups that were specially developed for the ukulele:

• Aloha Twin | A dual-sensor, internal pickup for best all-around sound amplification.
• Big Island Spot | A single-sensor, internal pickup for quick and easy installation.

Sound Samples

We recorded this piece with a Pono mahogany tenor ukulele, using an Aloha Twin that was superglued under the bridge plate. It highlights the clarity the Aloha Twin can achieve for fingerpicked tunes. It's played through the Pure Preamp with no further signal processing.


This sound sample demonstrates the Aloha Twin's performance when strumming. The same instrument and recording technique was used as above.
