Joe Cirotti

I have changed the pickup in my D28 three times and I can honestly say this is the last.  The Pure Mini has the most balanced and rich sound of anything I have ever tried.  It’s also the least obtrusive.  Removing the under saddle pickup and all the hardware taped to the inside of my guitar has restored its natural resonance and singing voice.  In a live setting it blends right in with the band beautifully and cuts through during solos without sounding too brittle and crispy.  I’m just thrilled to death!

Joe Cirotti is a multi-instrumentalist/singer songwriter from Hackettstown NJ.  He works relentlessly either solo or with his band The Joe Cirotti Trio.  On the road or in the studio his axe of choice is his K&K equipped Martin D-28 or his mothers old Guild D-25.  Joe’s virtuoso dexterity on the guitar can be attributed to studying Chet Atkins’ finger picking, the wizardry of Doc Watson, or soulful blues vocabulary of David Gilmore.
