If your order is in stock, it will usually be shipped within 48 hours or 2 business days. If an item is not in stock, delivery may take up to five business days. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is shipped. Orders placed after 12 noon (PST) will be processed the next business day.

How long your order takes to clear through foreign customs is beyond our influence. K&K is not responsible for customs fees and VAT taxes. We provide all necessary paperwork to ensure fast processing.

Warranty & Return Policy

K&K Sound Systems grants all its customers a 12-month warranty. If your product becomes defective within 3 months of receiving it, we will repair or exchange it free of charge. After 3 months, it is repair only. The defective product must be returned freight paid. We will ship a warranty repaired/replaced product by UPS ground (domestic) or airmail (international) back to the customer, freight paid.

This warranty excludes products that have become defective due to consumer-inflicted damage, rough handling, or not following installation instructions. A sales receipt/proof of purchase must be included with all defective products.

You may return any item (except special order) within two weeks of receiving it if your are unsatisfied for any reason. There will be a 5% restocking fee (calculated from the retail price) on all returns. A sales receipt/proof of purchase must be included with all returns. Special order items are non returnable.

You need to call or email to obtain an RA number. This number is valid for 10 days.

For your return, please include the following:

#1. RA number on outside of box
#1. Description of the problem, with RA number
#2. Invoice copy
#3. Complete contact information with phone number
#4. Make sure the item is securely packaged so no transport damage can occur which is not covered by warranty.

We normally have a 24 to 48 hour turnover time for repairs.

If your parcel is lost or damaged in shipment: We ship all domestic orders via UPS. UPS shipments are easily trackable and automatically insured. If your shipment is lost or damaged, contact us ASAP and we will be able to initiate an investigation and, if necessary, an insurance claim.
