International Shipping Options:
* International Express Mail
* International Airmail (Letter Post)
* Canada Registered Airmail
* Canada/Mexico Airmail (Letter Post)
We recommend shipping your order via International Express Mail or Canada Registered Airmail. This method takes 3-5 days to most locations and is automatically insured up to $200.
We have several reasons for preferring Express Mail over other international shipping methods, such as Global Priority Mail or Airmail Parcel/Letter Post:
1. Aside from being delivered quicker, it usually clears customs faster and with fewer problems.
2. Express Mail is trackable, which makes the process of locating a lost or stuck-in-customs parcel quick and easy.
3. If your parcel is lost or damaged, we can file an insurance claim and reimburse you for the full value of your merchandise.
4. Because Express Mail is trackable, we can avert month-long delays for insurance claims, which are not uncommon with other international shipping methods.
5. Express Mail is only a few dollars more expensive than insured Airmail Parcel Post and we believe the added security is more than worth it.
How long your order takes to clear through foreign customs is beyond our influence. K&K is not responsible for customs fees and VAT taxes. We provide all necessary paperwork to ensure fast processing.
If you are ordering one of our smaller, low-cost transducers and don't mind incurring the risks associated with a less expensive shipping method, we would be happy to ship your order via International Airmail or Canada/Mexico Airmail (Letter Post). This is the least expensive international shipping method and takes 4-7 days to be delivered most location. It cannot be insured. If you choose this shipping method, please be aware that we cannot reimburse you in case your merchandise gets lost of damaged during shipment.
