Preamp 97

The K&K Preamp 97 was designed to pre-amplify piezo pickups, but it also can be used for any other pre-amplification purpose like on electric guitars or basses.

The Preamp 97 is practically noise-free and has a long battery life up to 200 hours.

It takes high peak levels without distortion and offers an incredible dynamic range. Besides its strong bass and treble filters (+/- 20dB), it has an internal gain adjustment. A trim pot inside the unit (for adjustment with a small screw driver) adjusts the range of pre amplification by factor 1 to 10. This means, you can boost the incoming signal up to the 10 fold amount.

Preamp 97 features a DC input for external power supply by any standard wall adapter. A 50/60 Hz hum suppression circuit is build in.
