How can I place an order?
Visit the K&K Outlet Store to order our products at discount prices, worldwide. Or call us 1-800-867-6863, we accept all major credit cards.

How can I check the status of my order?
We usually provide our customers with a UPS tracking number to track the location of their shipments. Visit UPS.com to track your package. If you do not have a tracking number, call us to find out if, when, and how your order has been shipped.

How can I cancel or change an order?
If your order has not yet shipped, call us to cancel or change your order.

What is the warranty and return policy on orders?
K&K Sound Systems grants all its customers a 12-month warranty. If your product becomes defective within 3 months of receiving it, we will repair or exchange it free of charge. After 3 months, it is repair only.

This warranty excludes products that have become defective due to consumer-inflicted damage, rough handling, or not following installation instructions. A sales receipt/proof of purchase must be included with all defective products.

You may return any item within two weeks of receiving it if your are unsatisfied for any reason. There will be a 5% restocking fee (calculated from the retail price) on all returns. A sales receipt/proof of purchase must be included with all returns.

You need to call or email to obtain an RA number. This number is valid for 10 days.

For your return, please include the following:

#1. RA number on outside of box
#1. A description of the problem, with RA number
#2. Invoice copy
#3. Complete contact information with phone number
#4. Make sure the item is securely packaged so no transport damage can occur which is not covered by warranty

Which product is best for my instrument?

I have a special instrument. Can I get a custom-made pickup?
We try to accommodate our customers' requests for customized pickups as much as possible. Please call us to find out if we can make a customized pickup to fit your needs. In many cases we are able to modify an existing product without a big extra charge.


How can I receive a catalog and/or sound sample CD?
Use this form or call us at 1-800-867-6863 to contact us regarding a catalog and/or CD.

Are there music stores in my area that carry K&K products?
Please check our dealers page to see if there are any stores that carry K&K products in your area. You may also wish to call your local music stores directly as we may not always be able to keep track of every store that sells our products. If there is no store in your area, you can order discounted K&K products online at our Outlet Store worldwide or simply call us.

I'm a musician. Can I get an endorsement deal for free or discounted products from K&K?
Please e-mail or call us if you are interested in endorsing K&K products. Please understand that we cannot endorse everyone and that we look for a certain amount of credibility and public recognizability in our endorsers. Also, please be prepared to submit your professional recordings (CDs, demos) and/or publicity materials (press kits, etc.).

How can I obtain an installation manual for my product?
A detailed installation manual is included with each product we sell. Installation manuals for most products are also available in PDF format. Visit the product's information page for a link to its manual.
