Place an order: We have an international network of Dealers where you can purchase a wide range of K&K products. If there is no dealer in your area, you can order online directly from K&K. For other order inquiries, please contact sales@kksound.com

Returning or exchanging a product: If you purchased a product directly from K&K, we accept returns or exchanges within 2 weeks of the date you received the item if you are unhappy for any reason. Please check our warranty & return policy for details. Contact returns@kksound.com to initiate a return. You MUST obtain a return authorization number before sending in your product for return or repair.

Repair inquiries: All K&K products carry a 12-month warranty. If your product becomes defective within 3 months of receiving it, we will repair or exchange it free of charge. After 3 months, it is repair only. Please check our warranty & return policy for details. Contact techsupport@kksound.com to initiate a repair. You MUST obtain a return authorization number before sending in your product for return or repair.
